Busy weekend with Club members in action not just all over the country but the continent with James Fulton navigating Josh McErlean to 17th overall in WRC Rally Catalunya in their Hyundai i20R5. On the Tour of the Sperrins John McCabe navigated Cathal Mulgrew to 32nd overall in challenging conditions with fog playing a major factor all day.
In the not so sunny south east a slippery Wexford rally proved a difficult challenge for all with alot of damage done during the days 6 stages. Surviving the carnage to finish 2nd 2wheel drive were Gary Kiernan and Darren O’Brien with an impressive 7th overall. Mickey Conlon and Martin Byrne had a difficult day losing alot of time with technical issues. They would eventually finish the event 12th in class. In the juniors it was another succesful day for Jack Brunton in his Civic who took the class with vastly experienced Sean Brunton keeping him honest. Ben McIntyre and Darragh Kelly would cone home 4th junior after a fraught day with issues.
